|1 1/2||lb.||peeled and deveined raw shrimp (preferably free of preservatives)|
|1||medium onion, chopped|
|1||medium green bell pepper, chopped|
|1 1/2||cups||cooked brown rice|
|2 (8-oz)||cans||tomato sauce|
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sauté the shrimp, onion, and bell pepper for about 5 minutes, until the shrimp is pink.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients and cook for about 5 minutes, until heated through.
