7 slices bacon
20 raw jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 leaves romaine lettuce


  1. Preheat the broiler.
  2. Cut each bacon slice crosswise into 3 pieces. Wrap 1 piece of bacon around 1 shrimp. Repeat for the remaining shrimp. Discard the extra piece of bacon.
  3. Place the shrimp on a baking sheet and broil for 2 to 3 minutes per side, flipping once.
  4. Serve the shrimp on lettuce leaves.
