|3||oz.||whole coriander seeds|
|1||oz.||whole cardamom seeds|
|1||oz.||whole black peppercorns|

- Place all spices into a blender and pulse for 2 seconds. You can also place the spices into a mortar and hand grind with a pestle.
- Place the ground spices into an airtight container. Use 1/2 tsp per single serving of meat or fish, such as pork, chicken, and salmon.
