3 oz. whole fennel seeds
3 oz. whole coriander seeds
1 oz. whole cardamom seeds
1 oz. whole black peppercorns
1 oz. whole cumin seeds


  1. Place all spices into a blender and pulse for 2 seconds. You can also place the spices into a mortar and hand grind with a pestle.
  2. Place the ground spices into an airtight container. Use 1/2 tsp per single serving of meat or fish, such as pork, chicken, and salmon.
