|1||large||red apple, unpeeled, cored, and diced|
|1||small||lemon, unpeeled, quartered, and deseeded|
- Chop the cranberries, apple, and lemon in a blender or food processor. The relish should be chunky; do not over-blend.
- Add the Splenda, nutmeg, cinnamon, and mace and stir until the Splenda is dissolved. Chill before serving. Serve with baked chicken or turkey.
