Ingredients

2 cups cranberries
1 large red apple, unpeeled, cored, and diced
1 small lemon, unpeeled, quartered, and deseeded
4 Tbsp. granulated Splenda
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. mace

Directions

  1. Chop the cranberries, apple, and lemon in a blender or food processor. The relish should be chunky; do not over-blend.
  2. Add the Splenda, nutmeg, cinnamon, and mace and stir until the Splenda is dissolved. Chill before serving. Serve with baked chicken or turkey.
