Ingredients

1 small banana
1 cup unsweetened frozen raspberries
1/4 cup fat-free berry Greek yogurt
1/2 cup fat-free milk

Directions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth.
  2. Pour the smoothie mixture evenly into 4 ice pop molds. Insert the ice pop handle on top. Freeze until solid, about 3 hours.

Tip: Dip the bottom of frozen molds in hot water for about 10 seconds to loosen ice pops from the mold.
