Ingredients
Dressing | ||
1/3 | cup | canola oil |
3 | Tbsp. | cider vinegar |
1 | Tbsp. | fresh lemon juice |
2 | Tbsp. | honey |
1 1/2 | tsp. | Dijon mustard |
1/2 | tsp. | garlic powder |
1/4 | tsp. | black pepper |
1 | lb. | shredded fresh brussels sprouts |
1 | Granny Smith apple, diced | |
1 | tsp. | lemon juice |
1/3 | cup | pomegranate arils |
1/4 | cup | chopped walnuts |
Directions
- In a small bowl, whisk together all of the dressing ingredients. Set aside.
- Place the brussels sprouts in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, toss the diced apple with the lemon juice. Add the apples to the brussels sprouts, along with the remaining ingredients. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until evenly coated. Serve immediately.
