Ingredients

1 Tbsp. light soy sauce
1/2 tsp. sriracha hot chili sauce
2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
1 Tbsp. grapeseed oil
1 tsp. dark sesame oil
1 tsp. freshly grated ginger
4 small to medium zucchini, julienned (8 cups)
8 dried pitted prunes, sliced paper thin

Directions

In a bowl, whisk the soy sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, grapeseed and sesame oils, and ginger. Add the zucchini and prunes; toss to coat.
