- Trim 2 inches of asparagus from bottom ends and wash the spears well. Place the asparagus on a plate. Drizzle the olive oil over, and rub it into the asparagus.
- Preheat the grill to medium high and place the asparagus on the grill grate. Grill the asparagus for 4 to 5 minutes, until the spears begin to brown and soften. When tender, transfer the asparagus to a serving dish and sprinkle with truffle salt and pepper. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired, and serve.
