Directions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the vinaigrette ingredients and set aside.
- For the salad, divide the greens among 6 serving plates. Sprinkle the greens with the pomegranate seeds, blue cheese, and pistachios. Drizzle with the vinaigrette.
