Ingredients

1/4 | tsp. | cayenne pepper |

1/4 | tsp. | freshly ground black pepper |

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425 F. Add the sweet potatoes to a bowl. In a small bowl, mix together the garam masala, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle the spice mixture over the sweet potatoes.
- Add the olive oil to the bowl and toss to coat. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the sweet potatoes in a single layer on the baking sheet. Roast the sweet potatoes for 35 minutes, until golden brown.
