With one shopping list, make two delicious seafood dishes that each serve two. Citrus adds sparkle to the first recipe. The next day, enjoy a salad that you can put together in just 10 minutes!

Shopping List

Fresh Produce

  • Bell peppers, 1 red and 1 orange or yellow
  • Lemon, 1
  • Mixed greens, 2 cups
  • Plum tomato, 1
  • Scallions, 2


  • Swordfish, 1 lb


  • Orange juice, 1/3 cup
  • Slivered almonds, 1 Tbsp

Pantry Staples

  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Black pepper
  • Capers
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Cooking spray
  • Dijon mustard
  • Honey
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt
