Ingredients
1 | med. | banana, peeled and halved crosswise |
1 | cup | fat-free milk or unsweetened almond milk |
1/2 | cup | soft or silken tofu |
2 | tsp. | dark cocoa powder |
1 | tsp. | low-calorie sugar substitute |
Directions
- Place the peeled banana in a large plastic freezer bag. Freeze the banana for 4 hours or overnight.
- Add the frozen banana to a blender with the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth, thick, and creamy. Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
