1 med. banana, peeled and halved crosswise
1 cup fat-free milk or unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup soft or silken tofu
2 tsp. dark cocoa powder
1 tsp. low-calorie sugar substitute


  1. Place the peeled banana in a large plastic freezer bag. Freeze the banana for 4 hours or overnight.
  2. Add the frozen banana to a blender with the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth, thick, and creamy. Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
