1 Tbsp. canola oil
1 lb. Italian turkey sausage, casing removed
1 1/2 cups chopped onion
1 (15.5-oz) can no-salt-added black beans, drained

1 (15.5-oz) can no-salt-added pinto beans, undrained

1 cup frozen corn
3/4 cup picante sauce
1 green bell pepper, cut into 3/4-inch pieces

  1. In a large saucepan or Dutch oven, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Break up the sausage and sauté with the onion until the sausage is browned and the onion is tender; drain fat. Add the remaining ingredients to the pan and bring to boiling.
