Ingredients

2 lbs. broccoli, trim the bottom 1/2 inch of stalk, remove leaves, and cut into about 30 spears
1/2 tsp. salt-free lemon-pepper seasoning

Directions

Steam the broccoli in 1-inch of simmering water for 8–10 minutes or to desired tenderness. Drain and season the broccoli to taste with salt-free, lemon-pepper seasoning.
