Directions
- Rinse the spinach in a colander.
- Place the spinach and the garlic in a large nonstick skillet. Cook the spinach and garlic on medium-high heat until the spinach is tender, about 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle the spinach with a few drops of balsamic vinegar or lemon juice before serving, if desired.
