Ingredients

16 oz. baby spinach
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar or lemon juice (optional)

Directions

  1. Rinse the spinach in a colander.
  2. Place the spinach and the garlic in a large nonstick skillet. Cook the spinach and garlic on medium-high heat until the spinach is tender, about 5 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle the spinach with a few drops of balsamic vinegar or lemon juice before serving, if desired.
