Ingredients

Directions
Boil the potatoes in salted water for 15 to 20 minutes, until they are fork tender. Drain them, cut them in halves or quarters, and toss them in a serving bowl with the oil, salt, thyme, rosemary, and chives, or fresh herbs of your choice.
