Ingredients

2 Tbsp. nonfat or low-fat sour cream or Greek yogurt
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. reduced-fat buttermilk
1 tsp. white wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. fresh chives, minced
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. dried dill
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 lb. carrots, cut into sticks (or use 2 heads broccoli, cut into florets and steamed for 1-2 minutes until just bright green)

Directions

  1. Whisk all ingredients, except the carrots, with a fork and serve with the vegetables. Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container for up to a week.
