Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs. whole carrots, washed
2 tsp. avocado oil
2 Tbsp. marjoram leaves
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1/2 cup sliced Spanish onion
1/4 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Remove carrot tops and wash thoroughly. In a large bowl, add oil, marjoram, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper. Mix ingredients together, and rub mixture on the carrots. Do this with love, guys! Massage in that flavor because it is always about the sazón.
  3. Place the carrots cushioned against each other on a tray lined with parchment paper, set timer to 25 minutes, and place carrots in the oven. You know the drill here: remove from oven and enjoy.
