Ingredients
1 | boneless, skinless chicken breast (about 4 oz.) | |
1/8 | tsp. | fine sea salt |

Directions
- Pound the chicken breast to even its thickness. (This allows for more even cooking.) Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan. Grill for 3–4 minutes on each side. Do not turn the chicken until it allows you to turn it. If it sticks, it is not ready to be turned.
Chef's Secret: In order to avoid the chicken sticking to the grill or grill pan, make sure the grill preheats for at least 10 minutes.
