    Sensational Chicken Burgers

    1/2 lb. ground chicken breast
    1/2 lb. ground chicken (mixed light and dark)
    1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes (not in oil)
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
    1/4 cup freshly ground black pepper or more, if desired
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. fine sea salt
    1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper


    Mix all of the ingredients together and form 4 patties. Grill the burgers for 3–4 minutes on each side and serve.
