For a time-saver, purchase prepared vegetables from your grocery store salad bar to make this meatless stir-fry side dish. Later, use the same sauce ingredients plus canola oil to dress crunchy coleslaw.

Fix a quick coleslaw using salad bar vegetables (or bagged slaw mix) and a dressing made from some of the same ingredients used for the stir-fry sauce. Dress shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, sliced scallions, and golden raisins with a sweet-and-sour vinaigrette.
