Maple Roasted Vegetables

More Yum: Add the maple glaze to 1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts, salmon fillets, or boneless pork loin chops. Turn to coat, cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour. Broil or grill the meat or fish until desired doneness.
