Exercise May Chase Away Depression
Exercise may help fight depression, according to a review of previous studies. People with diabetes are at an increased risk for depression, and some depression medications may worsen blood glucose levels or increase weight. This study suggests that exercise may be an effective alternative to conventional approaches for dealing with depression.
