Ingredients
Dressing | ||
1/3 | cup | unseasoned rice vinegar |
2 | Tbsp. | dark sesame oil |
2 | tsp. | light soy sauce |

Salad | ||
1 | can | (11 oz.) water- or juice-packed mandarin oranges, drained well |
1 | small | avocado, cut into 1-inch cubes |
4 | cups | torn romaine lettuce, washed and patted dry |
1/4 | cup | toasted walnut pieces |
Directions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients.
- Add the oranges and avocados, and gently mix.
- Add the lettuce and toss to coat with the dressing. To serve, place the salad in a shallow bowl and top with the walnuts.
