Ingredients

1 can (6 oz.) no-salt-added tomato paste
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar or champagne vinegar
1/3 cup water
2 Tbsp. very finely minced onion
1 garlic clove, finely minced
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1/8 tsp. ground cloves

Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. Spoon into a container with a lid and refrigerate; use within 7 days.
