Ingredients
1 | small | red bell pepper, finely chopped |
1 | small | green bell pepper, finely chopped |
1 | small | red onion, finely diced |

Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to boiling over medium-high heat, uncovered. Lower the heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Spoon into a container with a lid and refrigerate; use within 3 days.
