Ingredients

1/2 | pint fresh large strawberries, | |
rinsed and cut in half | ||
1/2 | pint grape tomatoes | |
1 | Tbsp. | walnut oil |
1 | Tbsp. | balsamic vinegar |
Directions
- Soak the skewers in a pan of warm water for 1 hour at room temperature.
- Coat a grill rack from an outdoor gas grill with cooking spray and set it 6 inches from the heat source. Preheat the grill to medium.
- Using 2 wood skewers per kebab, thread the strawberry halves and grape tomatoes on the skewers, leaving about 1 inch of space on each end.
- Place the kebabs on a plate. Drizzle with the walnut oil.
- Add the kebabs to the grill. Grill for 2 to 3 minutes per side, until the strawberries and grape tomatoes are slightly charred. Be careful not to overcook. Drizzle with the balsamic vinegar, and grill for 1 minute more.
