Ingredients

1 1/2 cups honeydew melon chunks
1/3 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
2 large ice cubes
1 tsp. peeled, grated fresh ginger
1 tsp. honey
1/2 tsp. fresh lime zest
1 cup club soda (no salt added)

Directions

Puree the melon chunks in a blender until smooth. Add the yogurt, ice cubes, ginger, honey, and lime zest and puree until smooth. Divide the mixture among two glasses and add 1/2 cup club soda to each glass.
