Ingredients

1 large (14 oz.) mango, peeled and cubed
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 cup fat-free milk
2 Tbsp. sugar or equivalent
no-calorie sugar substitute
1/8 tsp. ground cardamom
Ice cubes (optional)
6 toasted pistachios (optional)

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, adding ice cubes if you want a slushier lassi. Pour into glasses and garnish each glass with toasted pistachios, if desired.
