Ingredients

2 tsp. nonfat mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. prepared horseradish
1/4 tsp. honey
1 (8-inch) whole wheat tortilla
3 oz. sliced lean, low-sodium roast beef
or sliced low-sodium turkey
1/4 cup shredded carrots

Directions

In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard, horseradish, and honey and mix well. Spread the mayonnaise mixture on the tortilla. Lay the roast beef slices on the tortilla. Top with the shredded carrots. Roll up the tortilla and, with a sharp knife, cut the tortilla into even slices. Serve immediately or pack the sliced roll-up in an airtight container.
