2 1/2 cups seeded, coarsely chopped
watermelon or cantaloupe
3 Tbsp. sugar*
2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
2 cups cold water


  1. In a blender, puree the fruit. Add the sugar and lime juice, and puree for 1 minute.
  2. In a pitcher, combine the fruit puree and the water. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes or until chilled. Serve over ice in tall glasses. If desired, garnish with a thin slice of watermelon.
