Ingredients

2 cups fresh (or frozen) broccoli florets,
cut into bite-size pieces
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
1 med. red pepper, thinly sliced
Ground black pepper to taste
1 small red onion, diced (about 1/2 cup)
2/3 cup light Italian salad dressing

Directions

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Stir well. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
