The Department of Health and Human Services aims to reduce the childhood obesity rate by percent by 2020, and a study says achieving the goal requires only minor changes. Cut out 1/2 can of soda: Save 87 caloires
Cut out 2 oreo cookies: Save 81 calories
Cut out 3 pretzel twists: Save 69 calories
Cut out 1 buttermilk pancake: Save 69 calories
Cut out 16 small jelly beans: Save 66 calories
Cut out 13 cheese puffs: Save 64 calories
Cut out 6 potato chips: Save 64 calories
