Exercise Reduces the Urge to Smoke
Craving a cigarette? Try hitting the gym. Researchers found that short bouts of exercise reduce people's desire to smoke, by a large amount. The evidence suggests aerobic exercise may kick cravings better than strength training, but more research is needed for verification.
