Ingredients

4 | cups | (12 oz.) fresh broccoli florets |
Sauce | ||
1 1/2 | Tbsp. | balsamic vinegar |
2 | tsp. | sugar |
1/4 | tsp. | salt |
1/8 | to 1/4 tsp. dried red pepper flake |
Directions
- Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, add the canola oil, and swirl until the pan is well coated. Add the broccoli, cover, and cook for 10 minutes, or until lightly browned and tender crisp, stirring frequently.
- Combine the sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside. Remove the skillet from the heat. Add the sauce and toss gently, yet thoroughly, to blend.
