Ingredients

1/4 | tsp. | fine sea salt |
1/4 | tsp. | freshly ground black pepper |
1 | Tbsp. | fresh marjoram leaves |
1 | Tbsp. | fresh rosemary leaves |
1 | Tbsp. | fresh lemon zest |
4 | fresh sardines |
Directions
- Mix the olive oil, salt, pepper, marjoram, rosemary, and lemon zest together. Toss the sardines in with this mixture. Refrigerate for several hours to allow flavors to blend.
- Preheat a grill to high. Reduce the heat to medium, and grill the sardines for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
