Ingredients

Nonstick cooking spray
8 oz. crabmeat (can, pouch, or frozen)
10 oz. frozen artichoke hearts, chopped
3 Tbsp. Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
2 Tbsp. light mayonnaise
1/4 cup plain, nonfat yogurt
1 lemon, juiced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Pour into the baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes.
  3. Serve with low-fat plain crackers, such as water crackers or whole-grain melba toast (not included in nutritional analysis).
