Directions
- In a large nonstick saucepot coated with nonstick cooking spray, sauté the celery, green pepper, and onion until tender, about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer, covered, for about 20 minutes.
