- Preheat the oven or toaster oven to 375°F. Place the tortillas on a baking sheet or toaster oven tray. Spread the tortillas with refried beans, lay on the pepper slices, top with salsa, sprinkle with cheese, and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are crisp.
