Ingredients

1 cup Splenda Sugar Blend
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup Smart Balance margarine, melted
Nonstick cooking spray
1 (20 oz.) jar sugar-free raspberry preserves

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Combine the Splenda, flour, and melted margarine in a bowl.
  3. Lightly spray a 9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Spread half of the crumb mixture in the bottom of the dish. Layer the preserves on top. Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture over the preserves. Bake for about 25 minutes. Cut into 16 individual bars.
