Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the salmon, skin side down, on the baking sheet. Season the salmon with salt and pepper, and brush with olive oil.
- Roast the salmon for 20 to 25 minutes, or until cooked through. It can still be a little pink inside.
- Remove the skin, and cut into fillets.
