Ingredients

1 cup uncooked jasmine rice
1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
2 cups mushroom broth

Directions

Place the rice, garlic, and mushroom broth in a small saucepan. Cover and turn to high. When you see the first sign of steam, turn the heat to low and simmer for 25 to 30 minutes, or prepare according to rice package directions.
