|hot chocolate mix|
|1||cup||strong brewed coffee|
|1/2||cup||light whipped topping|
|Cocoa powder, to taste|
- Add the milk to a small saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in the sugar-free hot chocolate packets and peppermint extract. Let simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Do not boil.
- Add 1/4 cup of coffee to a medium coffee mug. Add 1/4 of the hot chocolate mixture. Top it with 2 Tbsp. light whipped topping and a sprinkle of cocoa powder. Repeat for the remaining three servings.
