Ingredients

Cooking spray
3 Tbsp. trans-fat-free margarine
1 Tbsp. canola oil
1/4 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
1 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
2 cans (15 oz. each) peaches in light syrup, drained
1/4 cup Splenda

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Coat a 9- x 13-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the margarine, oil, Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, oats, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. In another medium bowl, mix together the peaches and Splenda.
  4. Pour the peaches into the glass baking dish, and top with the oat mixture. Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
