Ingredients

2 mini phyllo dough tart shells
1 Tbsp. coarsely chopped walnuts
1 tsp. honey
1/4 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1/8 tsp. lemon zest

Directions

  1. Set the phyllo dough tart shells on a small baking sheet, and fill each evenly with walnuts. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in a toaster oven (upper and lower heating elements should be on), or until the walnuts are toasted and the shells are crispy.
  2. Combine the honey, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Drizzle the honey mixture over the walnuts, allow baklava to cool for 2 minutes, and serve.
