Directions

- Place the chocolate chips in a small glass bowl, uncovered, and microwave at 50% power for 30 seconds. Remove the bowl, and stir the chocolate for 10 seconds. Continue to microwave at 50% power for 30 seconds. Stir the chocolate until it is completely melted.
- Using the back of a teaspoon or a small spatula, coat the sides and bottom of a small or mini silver foil paper baking cup with chocolate.
- Place the cup in the refrigerator, and chill until the chocolate shell hardens, approximately 30 to 45 minutes.
- Once the shell is hardened, scoop the coffee ice cream into the shell. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and serve immediately.
