Ingredients
1/2 | cup | Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking |
1/2 | cup | molasses |
1/4 | cup | unsweetened applesauce |
1/2 | cup | egg substitute or egg whites, beaten |
1 1/2 | cups | whole wheat flour |
1 | tsp. | ginger, ground |
1 | tsp. | baking soda |
1/2 | cup | boiling water |
Directions
Mix together all the ingredients (except the water); then add water. Mix thoroughly. Bake in a loaf pan at 350°F for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
