Good Snacks Come in Small Packages

Buy 100-calorie snack packs. In a recent study, overweight people who were given four 100-calorie packages of crackers took in 54 percent fewer calories than a group that got one 400-calorie package. Despite the fact that they had eaten less, none of the study participants noticed the calorie deficit.
