2 tsp. honey mustard
2 whole wheat tortillas
(6 to 7 inches in diameter each)
3/4 oz. cheese slices (75% reduced-fat cheddar,
or reduced-fat Swiss or provolone)
2 oz. lean deli-style roast beef
1/4 cup shredded carrot
1 Tbsp. raisins


  1. Spread the mustard evenly over the tortillas.
  2. Layer the cheese, roast beef, carrots, and raisins.
  3. Tightly roll up the tortillas, and cut each in half. Wrap with plastic until ready to serve.
