Ingredients
1 | cup | low-fat (1%) cottage cheese |
2 | Tbsp. | nonfat half-and-half |

1/4 | cup | dried apricots, coarsely chopped |
2 | Tbsp. | mini chocolate chips |
2 | med. | Bartlett or Bosc pears, |

Directions
- Combine cottage cheese, half-and-half, sugar, and vanilla in a food processor, and puree until smooth.
- Transfer to a bowl, and stir in the apricots and chocolate chips. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour until serving time.
- The pears and apples can be served with the cannoli cream as a dip or spooned on top.
